​You will need the following information to migrate from Exchange:

1. Your OWA Address

• The Outlook Web Access URL should be the URL you use to access OWA using your web browser.
• It should look as follows:

<http or https>://<host name>/<exchange or owa>  

<http or https>://<IP address>/<exchange or owa>  (bypass DNS name resolution)

<http>://<host name or IP address>:<port>/<exchange or owa>   (port forwarding)

• Protocols used:

Exchange 2003       Web DAV

Exchange 2007       EWS or Web DAV (if EWS fails)

Exchange 2010+     EWS

Optional: Exchange Admin Credentials (gives you the ability to migrate mailboxes without providing user passwords, and the ability to automatically discover users, distribution lists, and aliases of the Source server).
