How are Public Folder migrations priced?
Answer:
There are two options available when pricing your Public Folder migration projects:
Option 1: You can migrate all of the Public Folders from your Source Exchange 2007+ server, from the root level down.
In this case, you will be billed for the total volume of your Public Folders.
In order to add the root Public Folder to your migration, simply enter a single forward slash ("/") and all Public Folders below that will be migrated.
For exact steps, refer to How do I select to migrate all my Public Folders from the root level down?
Option 2: You can use Autodiscover to import your Public Folders from your Source Exchange 2007+ server.
In this case, you can pick and choose which Public Folders to migrate, by clicking on the checkbox next to the Public Folder name. However, you will be billed for each top-level folder that is migrated.
Select Add > Autodiscover > Start Autodiscover > refresh button > Import items to autodiscover your Public Folders that are on your Source Exchange 2007+ server.
For exact steps, refer to: How do I use AutoDiscover to import my Public Folders into my project?
