In some cases, company email spam filters will block email from BitTitan. If so, then add the BitTitan support email address as safe: bittitansupport@bittitan.com.
If the DeploymentPro for UserActivation Agent is being installed via email, then in the case of the BitTitan account being timhuff@bpostech.com, the header of the email will look similar to this:
