Why do migrated Tasks and Notes not show in the Amazon WorkMail web app?
Tasks and Notes can be migrated from certain Source systems (such as Exchange and Office 365), as detailed in KB005094. However, they will not show in the Amazon WorkMail web app. This is due to a limitation in the Amazon WorkMail web app.
If end users wish to view and use Tasks and Notes, they should use the Microsoft Outlook client, instead of the Amazon WorkMail web app. To connect Microsoft Outlook client to Amazon WorkMail, refer to Connect Microsoft Outlook to Your Amazon WorkMail Account. Note: Users must create new Outlook profiles, and set up their signatures again, and reattach any PST files that were attached to their previous profile.
