Why has my migration stopped with a status of Transfer Limit Reached?
Your migration will stop with this status once the maximum data transfer limit of the license selected has been reached.
For example, if you submitted a trial migration, your migration will stop after 5MB of data has been transferred. You will need to purchase a license to migrate the rest of the data. Purchase a license, and submit the migration using that license, to continue from where it left off. For example, if you were migrating a mailbox with a mailbox migration license and the mailbox reached 50GB of data transferred, you will need to purchase another mailbox migration license (if you do not have an extra mailbox licenses in your account). Purchase another license and submit the mailbox using that license to continue from where it left off.
