Coupon Code with 10 licenses expired and missing

Hi,

Last week we received a coupon with 10 user licenses from Ingram Micro. We are preparing a migration project to move 200 Mailbox from one o365 tenant to another tenant.

As soon as I used the coupon in MSPComplete I saw the 10 licenses added with an expiration date equal to the date of the import (I think it was on 21st of August).

Yesterday when I began to prepare everything for our Proof of Concept my deception came as I saw that I had lost all the licenses.

How can we solve this, please?

  Ivan,

  I see you opened a ticket for this issue.  A ticket is the best route.  We are not able to troubleshoot or request account information on the community site since they are public.
