The My Tasks Page contains all active Tasks assigned to you. The My Tasks Page is where all agents go to see what they currently have assigned to them. Tasks assigned to you must be completed within their prescribed start date and due dates, and within the time estimate, to ensures actual cost doesn’t run over estimated cost to complete the Service.

Follow these steps to view Tasks on the My Tasks Page:
- Select the workgroup on the top of the left navigation pane.
- Click My Tasks on the left navigation pane.
- This information is displayed for each of your Tasks in the My Tasks Page:

Task name
The name of the Task.

Task status
The Task status.
- A forward arrow icon is displayed the Task is in progress.
- A blocked icon is displayed if the Task is blocked.
- A check mark icon is displayed if the Task is completed

Task due date
The Task due date.

Task runtime and total time estimate
The actual runtime for the Task, and the total estimated time for the Task.

Customer
The customer for which the Service belongs to.

Service name
The name of the Service.

Additional options
The ellipsis icon gives you the option to view the Task.
