Administrators and managers can customize a Runbook from the Library Page. The customize Runbook is saved to the Runbooks Page. Once in the Runbooks Page, agents can define estimates and assignees, and launch the Runbook to a Service.

Follow these steps to customize a Runbook from the Library:
- Select the workgroup on the top of the left navigation pane.
- Click Library on the left navigation pane.
Note: You can search the Runbook Library, or filter to a specific Service type or technology. - Select a Runbook to view the description, list of Tasks, and the default hours of effort estimate on the right information pane.
- Click Add to my Runbooks to save the selected Runbook to the Runbooks Page, which is the Runbooks store for your Workgroup.
