Save a Runbook from the Library

Administrators and managers can customize a Runbook from the Library Page. The customize Runbook is saved to the Runbooks Page. Once in the Runbooks Page, agents can define estimates and assignees, and launch the Runbook to a Service.

Follow these steps to customize a Runbook from the Library:

  1. Select the workgroup on the top of the left navigation pane.
  2. Click Library on the left navigation pane.

    Note: You can search the Runbook Library, or filter to a specific Service type or technology.
  3. Select a Runbook to view the description, list of Tasks, and the default hours of effort estimate on the right information pane.
  4. Click Add to my Runbooks to save the selected Runbook to the Runbooks Page, which is the Runbooks store for your Workgroup.
