In order to determine the issues that were encountered while migrating your mailboxes from Lotus Notes, you will need to provide us with certain information that was collected during the migration process.
Therefore, when sending a support request related to Lotus Notes, navigate to %LOCALAPPDATA%\BitTitan on the Extractor machine processing the migration, and locate all files starting with the following:
- Coordinator
- LotusExtractor
- Migrator
Add the log files to a zip file, and attach them to the support request.
