If I submit a migration more than once, will it cause duplicate items?

    You might like to add to your list of possible causes for duplicates:

    If you have enabled Archiving for an O365 mailbox and it ships recently migrated emails off to the archive, they will be migrated again if you run a subsequent migrate job.

    In this scenario, duplicates will only happen if a reset statistics is performed or items are moved in the source mailbox.  Migrationwiz keeps a watermark table for the source items.  This way it can skip any item that was already migrated.  I will talk to our KB team about adding this scenario as well.  Thank you
