Where can I purchase Azure Health Check licenses?

I click "Purchase" as directed and it just takes me to a page where I can buy support or mail migration licensing.

    Hello Brandon,

Unfortunately, we no longer support HealthCheck for Azure projects. You will need to reach out directly to Cloudamize if you would like to run one of these assessments.

    Nicholas

I have an issue with assigned licenses, I have the users assigned a license (User Bundle) and they are working for email. But when I create a OneDrive migration project with the same user (same UPN) SOME of the users do not show a license assigned (this is not all users maybe 15-20%. I don't want to add licenses to these as that would just deplete the pool of licenses I currently have.

    Hi Kevin,

The users that have a Bundle license applied in the Mailbox project should definitely have the bundle showing as applied in the OneDrive project.  There are a few scenarios where the users are not seen as the same person, which results in the bundle not showing assigned.  That's the most common reason for this issue.  The fastest option to identify the problem and get it resolved is to open a ticket with our Support engineers. I know that sounds typical as a response, but honestly, that IS the best option.  This kind of issue generally isn't super hard to fix, but it is something that you want the engineers to look at, since they can see your projects and I cannot.

    Regards,

    Anne
