I have followed this instruction to place the Access Key #1 into the Access Key Field in the PST to Mailbox Project definition. My blob storage container is named migrationwiz and this name is in the container name field in the project advanced tab. The name of the storage account is correct. When I run a "Verify Credentials" I receive an error that the storage account cannot be accessed. Please help, not sure what else to try.

    Message:

Your migration failed checking source credentials. Could not connect to cloud storage account: "digitalpstmigration" at "core.windows.net" and container: "migrationwiz". Please check credentials and try again. Message: Cannot create the storage service.

    Mark,

Sorry, we did not get to this sooner.  The error you are seeing normally means the storage is the wrong type.  With PST storage containers the storage type should be Blob.  If you use a general purpose storage type it will normally give an error like this.
If this does not fix your issue please open a ticket so we can investigate the issue.

    Thank you

    Kyle

Thanks Kyle. The problem was between my ears in that forgot I had a firewall rule on the Azure Storage Account to only accept traffic and requests from my office. Obviously this was not going to wok for access from your servers. When I removed the Azure Firewall rule everything worked great. Thanks for your help.
