Entry not found in index: This problem might surface when the names.nsf file becomes fragmented, contains corrupt data, etc.

Resolution:

  1. Right-click on the notes mail database in the workspace.
  2. Go to the application, and click on Properties.
  3. Click on the ”i” tab, then click on Compact.

You can also try running the following command on the database to see if this fixes the data corruption issues:
Load Fixup -i Load compact -c -i Load Updall -r
