Entry not found in index: This problem might surface when the names.nsf file becomes fragmented, contains corrupt data, etc.
- Right-click on the notes mail database in the workspace.
- Go to the application, and click on Properties.
- Click on the ”i” tab, then click on Compact.
You can also try running the following command on the database to see if this fixes the data corruption issues:
Load Fixup -i Load compact -c -i Load Updall -r
