Unable to establish communication with the Lotus Extractor: This error indicates that a communication problem occurred between a Lotus Extractor and our data centers during the initialization phase of a migration.
Make sure that:
- The Lotus Domino server / Lotus Notes client did not crash.
- The Lotus Extractor is still running.
- The machine on which the Lotus Extractor is running still has access to the internet (connect to http://www.google.com).
- The machine on which the Lotus Extractor is running is not experiencing network speed issues (test your upload speed on http://www.speedtest.net).
After performing all of these verification steps, resubmit your mailbox(es) for migration.
