How do I buy premium phone support?
Premium Phone Support is available for critical incidents that require direct access to Support staff. Premium Support Licenses are available from the Purchase page.
Note: Support is only available in English.
Using a Premium Phone Support License will guarantee that Support personnel will call you back within two (2) hours of your report of the incident. They will work with you until the problem has been resolved.
To request phone support, go to the Contact Support page and enter the information. Include the contact name and phone number, and check the box labeled "Request Call Back". You must have at least one license available to submit a Premium Phone Support request.
Click Send Support Request and approve the use of a Premium Support License, and one of our Support personnel will call within two (2) hours.
