Why am I getting the “Get-MigrationWizTicket: The term 'Get-MigrationWizTicket' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program” error?
This may be caused by one of these scenarios:
- You are using an old script, such as an older version of Sync-ActiveDirectoryToOffice365.ps1 with the latest version of BitTitan PowerShell. Refer to the BitTitan Sync Program article for more informatoin, and use the latest version of the SyncActiveDirectoryToOffice365 script, which is now included in the package.
- You are using Windows PowerShell, rather than BitTitan PowerShell, when trying to run this script. Refer to How do I install the BitTitan SDK? article to see the system requirements to run BitTitan PowerShell, and to download the .msi package.
