Do you offer Live Chat support?
Yes. We offer support via Live Chat 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To access our Live Chat feature in MigrationWiz, click on the "?" icon on your account dashboard to access the Support Center. Then click on the green Live Chat button. Type your question, and click on Start Chatting. This will send a Live Chat request to our agents.
Live Chat is a good way to quickly get a response to basic questions. We will let you know if your question will require additional troubleshooting steps to resolve; we will convert the Chat into a ticket for you, to give an agent more time to look into the issue in greater detail.
Note: Response time is dependent upon agent availability and how busy our Chat system is at the time of your request. We appreciate your patience while waiting for a response. In the event we do not respond quickly enough, we will follow up with you via email as soon as we can.
