How do I create a Lead List from a CSV file?
Log in to SalesAutomation. Go to the main menu at the top left corner of the page. Select Lead Lists.
On the Lead Lists page, click on Import CSV. In the pop-up box, enter a name for the Lead List, and click on Save New Lead List.
Browse, and find the CSV file to be imported. Select the CSV file, and click on Continue.
The Match Fields Found box will automatically populate when the content in the CSV file matches the common fields. If a contact field does not automatically populate, manually fill in the required information. Click on Continue.
In the Apply BitTitan Insights box, if you wish to add general company data or email server data to your list, select one or both of these options, and click on Finish.
Note: One Insights credit will be deducted from your Insights quota for each additional option chosen. For example, if you choose both additional Insights options, a maximum of two Insights credits per lead will be deducted from your quota.
On the Lead Lists page, your Lead List status will appear in the State column. Once the process has completed, your Lead List is available. To view the contents, click on Lead List name.
