The user does not have an address book among the 1 address book list.
This error can occur when a Lotus Notes Source email is entered incorrectly in a MigrationWiz project, or is on a different Domino server than the Lotus Notes Client on the Extractor machine is configured to use.
Confirm whether the correct Source email address is listed in LotusExtractor.csv inside the most recently modified folder starting with app- at location %UserProfile%\appdata\local\LotusExtractor
If the correct Source email address is listed in LotusExtractor.csv, update the Source email entry for the affected line item to the correct email address.
If the correct Source email address does not exist in LotusExtractor.csv:
- Close out of LotusExtractor.csv and rename it to LotusExtractor.csv.bak
- Launch the Lotus Extractor again, to rebuild LotusExtractor.csv
- Check the newly built LotusExtractor.csv for the correct Source email address.
