Why is DeploymentPro (legacy) not starting after multiple reboots?
The most common cause of this problem is that the client machine was restarted quickly and the bootstrap.exe process did not have sufficient time to start DeploymentPro (DeploymentPro.exe). Please allow up to 10 minutes for the bootstrap process to copy and install the DeploymentPro agent. Restarting the client machine is one of the most common troubleshooting steps when DeploymentPro is not working properly.
