The Lotus Extractor used to perform Lotus Notes migrations is auto-updating, and should check for and install the most recent versions when they are available. In some instances it may be necessary to manually reinstall the Lotus Extractor. To manually install the current version of the Lotus Extractor:

• Navigate to location %UserProfile%\appdata\local on the extractor machine.
• Rename the folder LotusExtractor to LotusExtractor.old.
• Download and install the latest Lotus Extractor here.

Use the Lotus Extractor shortcut created on the desktop as the only method of launching the Lotus Extractor.
