Thank you for joining us. The BitTitan Help Center and Community was designed to provide fast answers to your questions about our products, whether it’s with our vast help documentation or through the Community Forums.
As you get started, we have a few things we'd like to point out:
Use the search. All the help documentation from the original Community is available here. Use the search to find what you’re looking for; it’s the fastest way to get answers for your questions.
Sign in. You can view help documentation and discussions anytime, but you’ll have to sign in to participate. If you’re registered in MSPComplete, then you’re registered here, so sign in using your MSPComplete credentials.
Personalize your profile. Add your name, a personal photo, and a short biography to your BitTitan Help Center profile. As this Community grows, and you participate in discussions, other users will get to know you.
Ask away. If you have a question that isn’t answered in our help documentation, add a new post to the appropriate forum. Our knowledgeable staff members regularly monitor the forums and will provide useful answers. The answer to your unique question may generate new help documentation that can benefit others.
Become a recognized expert. If you see a question that you can answer, go ahead and provide your answer. You may be recognized as a community expert as you answer more questions.
- Adhere to the Community Code of Conduct. The new BitTitan Help Center and Community is a respectful place where people across the entire IT managed services landscape can ask questions and share their experiences. Review the Community Code of Conduct below, for a reminder on how to participate most effectively when you’re here.

Our Community Code of Conduct
How to participate effectively in the BitTitan Community:
- We encourage everyone to ask a question, raise an issue, or make a comment to the BitTitan Community. Let's show respect for others while we do that.
- We expect that all participation in the BitTitan Community will be a completely harassment-free experience for everyone. Unprofessional conduct, the use of sexual language or imagery, derogatory comments, personal attacks, trolling, insults, or any kind of harassment is never acceptable -- but you already know that. Remember to be respectful, and that it's always best to play nicely with others.
- Naturally, we reserve the right to remove your contribution to the BitTitan Community for Code violation.
- This Code of Conduct applies to all of BitTitan's community spaces, including the Help Center, the Knowledge Base, Support Tickets, and any and all forums created by BitTitan.
- If you feel that someone has violated our Code of Conduct, report it by sending email to email@example.com.
- While BitTitan doesn't claim ownership to anything you post to the community, you should be aware that by posting to the community, you are automatically granting BitTitan permission to use whatever you post -- if we want to, in any way we want to.
