In the interest of providing our Customers with a better support experience, BitTitan is pleased to announce a new and improved Support Flow. The Flow makes it possible for you to find answers to your support questions more efficiently, so you can get back to work faster.
In the Help Center, you'll see a new Tile called Troubleshoot Problems. Click the Tile to select the type of issue you're experiencing. Clicking through the Flow helps you easily triage and resolve your issue without the need to create a support ticket. That's because the new process surfaces Suggested Articles where you can find the information you need.
If you have navigated through the Flow, but you have not found the articles to help resolve your issue, that's when you open a support ticket or Live Chat.
