We have a small environment with several shared computers. There are 9 computers in total, and 22 users who are being migrated. Each has their own user profile on the computer they regularly use. There is no active directory, and the source email system is either IMAP or POP3 (pst file).
The DMA agent was installed manually, by us, onto each computer.
When we go to Customers --> CustomerName --> Users, we see the email addresses that are to be migrated, HOWEVER the DMA status shows as 'not installed'. In the 'primary email address' column it also shows the computer's user name, and for that it shows DMA status as 'Success'. However the email address is in the format of email@example.com such as firstname.lastname@example.org.
When I go to Device Management --> DeploymentPro, I can ONLY see the .gen addresses, not the proper email addresses.
What have I done wrong here?
