    Hi Scott,

Yes, we support from Apple Mail but only via IMAP connector:

    https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202304

    • Server name: imap.mail.me.com
    • SSL Required: Yes
If you see an error message when using SSL, try using TLS instead.
    • Port: 993

    What's your destination? O365?

    GSuite?

Yes, destination is Office 365.  My company use to do a lot of Office 365 migrations, a few years ago, and we loved MigrationWiz!  Not having a Mac, but more and more Macs today, we primarily used MigrationWiz for PC Outlook or old on-premise Exchange to Office 365.

So, MigrationWiz as I best recall "requires a server to server connection" and hence does NOT work with Outlook as a source - is that correct?

The Apple article states iCloud - does iCloud include email + calendar + contacts ... or just email?

IMAP means only email is what you can migrate with MigrationWiz to O365. And yes, the connection is between email servers so we do not connect to the Outlook profile for mailbox content migration. We can configure the Outlook profile though with our desktop agent called Device Management Agent and its module DeploymentPro.

OK, so how can MigrationWiz help migrate Apple "contacts and calendars" or it can NOT?

Can you configure a "Outlook for Mac profile"?

If you are able to export the contacts and calendars from Outlook for Mac to PST file, we would be able to grab those files and migrate them to O365.

Outlook for Mac 2016 to Windows Outlook PST

    1. Navigate the File-menu and click on Export option from the drop-down menu
    2. Next, click Outlook for Mac data file and select the options available to filter items.
    3. Click and select the folder you want to export from the Outlook 2016.
    4. Click on right-arrow button to continue the process
    5. Again, click on the right arrow button on the next screen
    6. Outlook account prompts you to browse for a location where the file should be saved.
    7. It may take some time to save, depending on the file size.

Fantastic info, it's a pain in the rear to "go the PST route" from what I read but thank you.

I am just curious, iCloud seems to store email + contacts + calendars - and much more - and wondering why MigrationWiz can not connect directly and only IMAP?

Ooops, I might have spoken too soon ... this says "Outlook for Mac 2016 to Windows Outlook PST" ... does this require a Windows Outlook file and hence a Windows PC?

It is not a very common scenario for us.

That's correct. You need to run our agent from a Windows machine to be able to upload that PST file.

OK, how about a different path.  What if we could get everything into Google GSuite?  Does MigratioWiz handle GSuite to Office 365?

Does MigrationWiz migrate email, calendar and contacts?

    Hi Scott,

Yes, that's possible. This is the migration guide you would need to follow to migrate email, calendar and contacts: https://help.bittitan.com/hc/en-us/articles/115008106027-G-Suite-to-Office-365-Migration-Guide
