February 2019 Release Notes
MIGRATIONWIZ NEW:
- Tenant-to-Tenant Coexistence while changing domains
- New mail flow and free/busy coexistence feature for Office 365 to Office 365 migrations
- For Office 365 migration scenarios with a huge number of users that are migrated in batches, this capability enables the users on the source to still be able to seamlessly communicate with users already on the destination and vice versa, including free/busy calendar status and contact details
- Partners can also have the option to migrate customer tenant Distribution Lists and Groups. Groups and Lists can be synchronized at any point in the migration to pick up any changes at the Source and update the Destination
- Useful Links
- Added option for users to select Microsoft-provided Azure storage during endpoint creation
- If a user selects the Microsoft provided Azure storage, they do not have to input the Azure storage account name and access key
- If a user selects custom Azure storage, they will have to provide the Azure storage account name and access key
- Both options are mutually exclusive
- Applicable for SharePoint / OneDrive V2 migrations
- New Advanced Options “EncryptDataForMigrationApi”
- Applicable for SharePoint / OneDrive V2 migrations when ‘Custom Azure Storage’ is selected
- All the data on Azure storage will be encrypted by aes-256-cbc standard when customer adds this Advanced Option
