    Destination accounts are cloud-based.

    Truong-Hoan,

It sounds like the application is not able to connect to the administrator account due to a security restriction or another tenant setting. Please open a ticket for this error so we can investigate the issue.

    Thank you

    Hello,

Is the service account (destination endpoint) use for password change ?

I was thinking it was the user that changed his password.

My service account has only the impersonation permission. It is not O365 password Administrator nor O365 Global administrator.

    I will check try that.

What is the prerequisite for the service account for destination endpoint ?

    Best regards.

    [SOLVED]

Granting "Administrator Password" to the Destination Endpoint Service Account will solved the issue.

    Thx for the help.
