DeploymentPro - Not matching Device to Users

    I have a similar issue. DMA is installed and working for 100% of users but not all devices. 

    Users mobile devices, running W10 Home (MS Surface Pro's) have DMA on them and are present in the computers tab but, the primary username is not correct and there is no destination address. 

    I have been unable to make any edits to the computers or users.

    Sorry about this issue.  Sometimes the checked-in email does not match the user's real email.  We have also had some chases were the email matches but it does not link them creating a second email for the DMA install.  To deal with both of these issues, as long as the user has a User Migration Bundle applied we can grant you stand alone Deploymentpro licenses so you can continue on with your migration. Deploymentpro will still work as normal. You set the destination domain in the Deploymentpro project and have a chance to update the prefix before scheduling the cutover.

    Please open a ticket for these issues and provide an example email that has the issue.  We will then look into the issue and provide you a fix.
