I'm in middle of migrating a client from HE to Office 365 and DeploymentPro is not matching Users to Computer as it should be. I installed DMA client using Kaseya and 80% of devices have a user account (identity) attached to them and ready for cutover but for rest 20%, DMA is not picking up the identity on the device and when I sync Users from Office 365 endpoint, users show up with DMA "Not Installed" status.
I tried to remove DMA and re-installed and delete user and resync but getting the same result. Did anyone encounter this issue before? I can't find any option to merge the two users who have same email address.
