My migration failed, now what?
If the migration finishes with a status of Failed, it ended for one of the following reasons:
- A fatal error occurred, or
- The maximum failed items had been reached.
Migration errors slow down the migration, because we will attempt to re-migrate the item several times before logging the error. Take appropriate action based on the errors logged and resubmit the migration.
Once the migration completes successfully, you may resubmit the mail in Retry Mailbox Migration Errors mode.
