How do I access the Device Management Overview?
Answer:
The insights collected by the BitTitan Device Management Agent (DMA) are reported in the customer’s Device Management Overview within MSPComplete.
To access the Device Management Overview:
- From the navigation sidebar, click on All Customers.
- Click on the customer name for which you wish to view Device Management.
- On the horizontal menu bar, click on Computers.
- Click on Launch Device Management.
In the Device Management Overview, you can access the following information:
Horizontal menu bar A. Services Lists the active services (mail migrations, document migrations, archive migrations, etc.) and their metrics for the selected customer. B. Computers Lists the active computers running DMA for the selected customer. Left navigation pane C. Overview Lists the active services and computers for the selected customer. D. Service Modules Lists the active BitTitan service modules (i.e., HealthCheck for Office 365) that can be launched through the DMA for the selected customer.
