How can I reset my MigrationWiz account password?
If your password isn’t working, make sure that the Caps Lock is turned off, and that your email address is spelled correctly, and then try again.
If your password still isn’t working, it’s time to reset your password.
To reset your password from the login page:
Follow these steps:
- Navigate to http://www.bittitan.com and click on the Sign In button.
- Click on the I forgot my password link.
- Type in your email address and click on the Reset Password button.
- You should receive an email within seconds. Click the link provided to reset your password.
If you are already logged in, follow these steps to reset your password from within your MigrationWiz account:
- Log in to your MigrationWiz account.
- Click on Account, and select Edit Profile from the drop-down menu.
- On the left navigation, click on Edit Profile. Under the Password section, click on the Change button, and provide your new password twice.
- Click on Save Profile. Email should arrive in your inbox within seconds. Click on the link provided to reset your password.
