In some cases, company email spam filters will block email from BitTitan. If so, then add the BitTitan support email address as safe:: email@example.com.
If the DeploymentPro agent is being installed via email, then in the case of the MigrationWiz account being firstname.lastname@example.org, the header of the email will look similar to this:
Note: The same email address, email@example.com, needs to be added as safe when exporting statistics to CSV in MigrationWiz. You may need to adjust additional settings for the statistics email because it contains .zip files.
