    The support engineer I consulted with suggests that you submit a request at the URL listed below. They'll be able to take a closer look at your scenario and provide you with the data you need.

    Here's some additional information provided by the support engineer: The slowness is probably caused by invalid binary MIME data detected, which would retry over and over. Depends on how many of those errors occurred, the more the slower.

    I'm sorry that we couldn't be of more assistance in the forum, but this is one that requires more thorough analysis.
