We planned to migrate O365 tenant (not AADsync) to another O365 tenant.
I actually working on Outlook profile migration process using DMA.
After installing the DMA on a computer, we noticed that the user was automatically Added using Active Directory UPN and not Email address from Outlook.
We then tried to delete the user, correct the UPN and MAIL attributes (with the user email address) in Active Directory.
Re-install the DMA, to add again the user with correct information.
Here the issue :
- After deleting the User from MSP, it still says 1 Users but when i click on the button to watch the user details,it does not show me any user !
- trying to add manually the user doesn't work either ; the system said email already exist.
- After réinstalling the DMA, still no user appear. but on DeploymentPro, the user has been Added.
- then i still find information about old UPN (.local)
