MSPComplete provides an easy-to-use, browser-based interface that you can access from a desktop, a laptop, or a mobile device. The following sections illustrate the elements of the MSPComplete interface.

Top Navigation Bar
After you sign in to MSPComplete, a top navigation bar provides access to your personal account settings and basic functions, such as finding online help.

Quick Add | Add services, customers, people, teams, and workgroups. These functions, which are available elsewhere in the interface, are included here as shortcuts. |
| Feedback | Provide feedback about the interface or send enhancement requests. In the form that appears, type a comment, add your email address, click the disclaimer check box, and click Submit Feedback. | |
| Help | Read help articles, or contact BitTitan support to report a problem or request assistance. | |
| Purchase | Purchase licenses for products. | |
| Products | Access the most popular BitTitan products and services. | |
| Account Menu | Edit your profile, view pending invitations, view purchased licenses, redeem coupons, or sign out of MSPComplete. Except for sign-out, all options are available elsewhere in the interface and are provided here as shortcuts. |
Left Navigation Pane
The left pane gives you access to the main MSPComplete features. Here you can view your dashboard and personal feed, add customers, and manage your services and tasks.

| All Customers | Manage customers by importing user records, setting up endpoints, and deploying device management. | |
| People | Add other people who use MSPComplete (administrators and managers only). | |
| Settings | Manage subscriptions and billing (administrators only). | |
| Recent Customers | Display the most recently accessed customer pages. |
Contextual Menu Bar
When you go to the Delivery Center, People, or Settings sections in MSPComplete, or when you click a customer to view their resources, you are presented with a contextual menu bar that displays different tab options depending on the section you're in. Use the contextual menu bar to navigate through different areas of that section.
