Invalid mailbox name.
Folder Not Found: If you encounter this error message in the middle of a migration, the folder we previously discovered was renamed or deleted.
Unable to Create Top Level Folder: If you encounter this error message in the beginning of a migration and IMAP is the Destination server, it is possible that the IMAP server we are migrating to does not support the creation of top-level folders.
Resolution:
Folder Not Found: Resubmit the migration. We will discover the new changes and continue from where it left off.
Unable to Create Top Level Folder: Remap all folders under the Inbox by following these steps:
- Sign in to your MigrationWiz account.
- Open your Project.
- Click on Edit Project, then click on Advanced Options.
- Under Support options in the Support section, type the following command and then click on the (+) icon:
FolderMapping="^->INBOX/"
- Under Support options in the Support section, type the following command and then click on the (+) icon:
FolderMapping="INBOX/INBOX->INBOX"
- Click on Save Options.
- Resubmit your migration.
