It looks like Google deprecated the Enable API Access option. Do we know a way around this setting?

I'd like to echo Ian's comments. When will these directions be updated?

    UPDATED INSTRUCTIONS FOR ENABLE API:

Go to Security -> API Permissions

Ensure gmail is enabled (I enabled API access for all apps)

    Click "Trusted Apps" link

Add Web Application and use ID cited earlier in KB article (113321175602709078332 at time of writing).

    Alanna,

Sorry about the delay, we do have a request in to have this KB updated and our KB team is working on it.

Thank you Nick.  Only one slight modification to your instructions would be you only need to enable API access to the apps you plan on migrating data for and the Admin SDK.

    Mukeshkumar,

Our client ID is 113321175602709078332. If your source is Gsuite then you must use our client ID and follow the KB above. If you are trying to create your own client ID, this can only be used for the destination when Gsuite API is selected.  Here is our KB on how to create this.

    Thank you

Hello, I am trying to migrate docs out of a personal G Drive account that was used to store company files. They need to be migrated to the company OneDrive. There is no admin.google.com for personal accounts. How do i get around this?

    Harry,

Sorry, but free Google Drive accounts are not supported because we have no way to connect.

"The Source must be a paid version of Google Drive. Free Google Drive accounts are not a supported Source."
