Cause
This error indicates that Google Drive is not accessible. When Google Drive is not accessible to the end users, we cannot retrieve the information from it.
Resolution
Please review the following information.

Ensure the user in question is not suspended in GSuite and that they can access their Google Drive.

Check if the Admin address and user email address are correctly entered in MigrationWiz. If the information is incorrect or there was a typo, please correct it and attempt the migration again.
