Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel. This error indicates that the specified URL is probably incorrect because it uses the incorrect protocol (http vs. https). Note that MigrationWiz accepts public but also self-signed SSL certificates.
We recommend the following:
- Log in to OWA.
- Check the URL prefix: http:// or https://
- Compare the URL with that specified in your configuration.
In some cases, OWA may be configured to use http while Exchange Web Services (EWS) may be configured to use https (or vice versa). If the issue above does not resolve the problem, check the SSL/TLS configuration for the /owa and /EWS virtual directory in IIS.
Note: MigrationWiz only supports TLS 1.2 at this time.
