Why did my migration fail?

 

If the migration finishes with a status of Failed, it ended for one of the following reasons:

  • A fatal error occurred, or
  • The maximum number of failed items had been reached.

Migration errors slow down the migration, because we will attempt to re-migrate the item several times before logging the error. Take appropriate action based on the errors logged and resubmit the migration.​

Once the migration completes successfully, you may resubmit the mail in Retry Mailbox Migration Errors mode.
