Why did my migration fail?

If the migration finishes with a status of Failed, it is due to one of the following reasons:

  1. A fatal error occurred.
  2. The maximum number of failed items had been reached.

Migration errors can slow down the process, as MigrationWiz will attempt to re-migrate the item several times before logging the error. Take appropriate action based on the errors logged and resubmit the migration.​

Once the migration has been successfully completed, you may resubmit the mail in Retry Mailbox Migration Errors mode.
