This error occurs because MigrationWiz attempted to migrate a file with a name that already exists at the Destination. The Destination environment doesn't support multiple files sharing the same name.
You can either:
- Rename the file in error at the Source to prevent the duplicate file name.
- Activate the Advanced Option RenameConflictingFiles=1 to automatically rename conflicting files. This option will rename the files by adding a unique hash at the end of the original filename.
You will need to reset the statistics of your item(s) as described in the article, Reset Item Statistics before you resubmit the migration.
