Description

This error indicates that the Destination mailbox is full.

Resolution

We recommend the following:

  1. Log in to any available management portal and check if the mailbox is full.
  2. Log in to the Destination mailbox and check to see if the mailbox is full.
  3. Free some space (remove items from the deleted items folder) or increase quota limits.
  4. Consider filtering unnecessary folders to reduce the amount of data to migrate. You may also want to set a date filter.
