Public Folders, Shared Mailboxes, or Online Archives Inaccessible after DeploymentPro Configuration

Users are unable to access Public Folders, Online Archives or Shared Mailboxes does not automap in Outlook after configuring the Outlook profile with DeploymentPro. This issue affects the Outlook 2010, 2013, and 2016 email clients.

On the computer experiencing the problem, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Close Outlook.
  2. Open the Registry Editor and navigate to the following registry key:  HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\x.0\Outlook\AutoDiscover\

    Important

    In this registry path, x.0 corresponds to the version of Outlook being used. Replace the x.0 with 14.0 for Outlook 2010, 15.0 for Outlook 2013, or 16.0 for Outlook 2016.
  3. Select ExcludeHttpRedirect and change the value from 1 to 0.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Close the Registry Editor and restart Outlook.
