If this is your first time with MigrationWiz, this article is made for you. The goal of this guide is to familiarize you with the Migration UI, showcasing the main tools and features that we provide.

MigrationWiz Toolbar
The MigrationWiz Toolbar is composed of different tools and features, please see the following tabs to have a full understanding of them.
MigrationWiz Solutions Menu
The MigrationWiz Solutions Menu () shows a dropdown menu with the following options:
- DeploymentPro which is a module of Device Management and the Device Management Agent (DMA) that remotely configures Outlook email profiles after you perform a mailbox migration to Office 365.
- MSPComplete performs migration projects for your customers and manages their ongoing service needs. MSPComplete also streamlines your own business by organizing and tracking tasks, helping you to run your operations more efficiently.
These solutions can be used in special cases specified in the corresponding migration guides you want to perform.
Projects
The Projects option redirects to the Projects page where you can find the following features.
MigrationWiz offers a toggle button to enable or disable the page auto-refresh feature, allowing you to automatically refresh the line item data and set a refresh interval in seconds.
Important
You can set the auto-refresh time-lapse on the Projects page when enabling this feature or in the Settings Tab of your project’s Advanced Option.By default, the Enable Page Auto Refresh toggle button is disabled upon the first login. And it will stay disabled until you enable it. This setting will persist across login sessions.
Tip
You can also turn this feature on by clicking the auto-refresh button () on your project migration page and turn it off by clicking the stop button (). To set a refresh interval go to the Setting tab of your project’s Advanced OptionsRedirects to the Project Type selection page that allows you to select the project type to get started with your migration. There are different migration types that you can select from:
- Mailbox Project
- Document Project
- Public Folder Project
- Personal Archive Project
- Collaboration Project
- Hybrid Exchange Management Project
- Collaboration (Private Chats) Project
- Active Directory Management Project
The project status section displays the status of your Migration and Hybrid Migration projects. On this page you will be able to see the following sections:
- Project Count section that summarizes the number of created projects. Besides allowing you to auto-refresh the information in the table.

Search and Filtering section that allows you to
- Search the project by its name in the search box.

Order your project by one of the options displayed when clicking the order button ().
Tip
You can also drag and drop your items from the project list as well.Important
When the user is on the Order filter option in the dropdown, their drag-and-drop settings will be retained/saved. -
Filter the project lists according to the project type or the migration process when clicking the filter button ().
Tip
When using other dropdown options/filters (Created Date, Last Updated Date, Project Name, or Items), the user's reorder will not be saved as it will be overwritten by the selected filter, either ascending or descending by design.
- The Project List section summarizes the status of each of your created projects.
Help (?)
The Help (?) dropdown is composed of the following options.
- Help Center that redirects you to Zendesk where you can open a ticket in case of any issue related to your migration or the product itself.
- Operational Status that displays the operational status of BitTitan’s solutions besides a report of the daily BitTitan’s incidents. This page also allows you to access the Incident History summary.
Purchase
The Purchase option redirects you to the MigrationWiz Licenses of the BitTitan Store. On this page, you can find all the available licenses for each type of migration according to your current Workgroup.
User
The user option will change according to the user’s name. When you click your name the dropdown menu displays the following options:

Feature Flags option redirects you to the Feature Flags Control page, where you can enable or disable the features you want.
Important
In case you make any changes to feature flags you must refresh your browser so the changes take effect outside of MigrationWiz. - Edit Profile allows you to edit your profile settings such as email, password, first name, last name, and phone number.
- Licenses show you all the licenses you purchased.
- The Redeem Coupon option allows you to apply a coupon by introducing a coupon code.
- Sing out option.
Navigate with Ease
The Navigate with Ease section allows you to perform the following tasks.
- Go To My Project button that redirects you to the Projects page.
- Visit our Help Center button that redirects you to Zendesk where you can open a ticket in case of any issue related to your migration or the product itself.
Workgroups Summary
The Workgroups summary provides you with information about the workgroup you belong to, such as the workgroup name, the role, the number of created projects, the available licenses, and an option that sends you the Logs of your migration to your email.
Recent Project Summary
The Recent Project summary provides you with information about the status of your migrations, for more information regarding the project status, please refer to the MigrationWiz Statuses article.
Migration Status
You can review the recently completed and failed migrations in the Migration status section.
Other Information
In the important information section, you can find the following options:
- The active migrations count.
- License overview of your available licenses.
- BitTitan’s terms and conditions link.
